Claiming HRDF-Corp training grants is straightforward when you work with a registered provider. Here is the standard process.

 

  • Step 1 — Confirm employer registration Verify that your company is registered with HRDF-Corp and has sufficient levy balance. Check via the eTRiS portal.
  • Step 2 — Select an approved course Choose any of Biochem’s HRDF claimable courses. Each carries an approved HRDF-Corp course code.
  • Step 3 — Submit grant application before training Log into eTRiS and submit your application with the course details, trainer profile, and invoice or quotation. HRDF-Corp typically responds within 10 to 14 working days.
  • Step 4 — Attend training Employees attend the scheduled session. Biochem provides attendance records, training materials, and certification.
  • Step 5 — Submit reimbursement claim Upload completion proof and invoices through eTRiS. HRDF-Corp processes payment to your designated account, usually within 14 to 30 working days.
